Data we collect
We only collect the data necessary to process your request:
- Identification and contact data: name, first name, email address, phone.
- Project-related data: company, type of request, needs and objectives.
- Content of your messages sent via the forms or WhatsApp.
- Technical browsing data (where applicable), via cookies — see the Cookie settings page.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used to:
- process your contact, quote or audit requests;
- get back to you and clarify the scope and price of your project;
- ensure the smooth running and follow-up of the service;
- answer your questions and improve our service.
Legal bases
In accordance with the GDPR, our processing is based on:
- the performance of pre-contractual measures and the contract (handling your project);
- your consent (contact form, non-essential cookies);
- our legitimate interest in providing and improving our service;
- compliance with our legal obligations (notably accounting and tax).
Data recipients
Your data is intended for the FronxSolutions team. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email, project management tools) acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality obligations.
We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Your data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, then archived or deleted. Data related to a project is kept for the period required by our legal obligations (notably accounting). Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

- right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- right to restriction of processing;
