Terms & Conditions

Purpose & scope

These terms and conditions govern the digital services provided by FronxSolutions: web platform creation, application development, UI/UX design, e-commerce, custom software and client acquisition systems. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Quotes and orders

Every service is subject to a detailed quote specifying the scope, deliverables, price and timelines. Requests are made via the online form, by email or via WhatsApp.

The order becomes firm once the client has accepted the quote in writing (signature, email or any equivalent means).

Pricing

Prices are stated in euros on the quote, set according to the project scope (fixed price per service or daily rate). The price stated on the accepted quote does not change, unless the client requests a change of scope. Estimates shown on the site are indicative until confirmed by quote.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated on the quote, a deposit is required upon ordering, with the balance due on delivery. Payment is made by bank transfer or any other agreed means. Due dates and terms are specified on the quote and invoice.

Timelines & client obligations

Delivery timelines are provided for guidance and depend on the client's timely cooperation. Accordingly, the client undertakes to:

• provide the necessary content, texts, images and access in due time;
• validate project milestones within the agreed timeframes;
• guarantee they hold the rights to the materials provided (texts, images, logos).

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, FronxSolutions transfers usage rights for the final deliverable to the client upon full payment of the amounts due. Components, methods and know-how specific to FronxSolutions remain its property.

Warranty and support

FronxSolutions corrects, at no extra cost, any issues reported within 30 days of delivery. Any maintenance or evolution work beyond this period is subject to a separate quote.

Changes & termination

Any change of scope during the project is subject to an amendment or an additional quote. In the event of early termination by the client, the services already performed remain payable.

Liability

FronxSolutions' liability is limited to the amount actually received for the relevant service. FronxSolutions cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for the consequences of incorrect information or content provided by the client.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, only the competent Belgian courts will be entitled to hear the matter.
